PLEASE NOTE:  This is a reminder to all members that when using the track. The club is governed by The rules of the AKA. Can all members please take notice that we are only permitted to have Midgets and Rookies on the track together. Juniors by themselves and Seniors by themselves. THERE IS NOT TO BE ANY OTHER COMBINATION on the track together. This not only is a directive from the AKA but it is for the SAFETY of all concerned. This APPLIES for ANY use of the track including practice, social track use etc; not only on a club organised event.

You must have a racing licence to use the Wimmera Kart Track. You must be a member of a Kart Club to apply for an AKA racing licence.

The Wimmera Kart Racing Club is authorised, sanctioned and insured by the Australian Karting Association Inc. AKA Website

 

Non-members are not permitted to enter the Wimmera Kart Way premises unless they are accompanied by a Club Member.

Non-members or unlicenced drivers are not permitted to use the Wimmera Kart Way Track.  Clubroom keys will only be issued to executive committee members and they will be held responsible for such keys.

When any person is driving a Kart they must wear protective clothing, which includes approved helmet for karting with full visor, earplugs, driving suit, gloves & footwear which covers and protects the driver's ankles.
